Preoccupied with DJs, lustful music, dancing and mingling, sex, drugs, alcohol, and wasting time on useless matters. Ashamed of praying, ashamed of treating parents and elderly politely, ashamed of good manners, ashamed of being a practising Muslim (really)!....
When will we, mothers and fathers, teachers and the society as a whole, wake up to this reality, which is prevalent amongst the youth?...
Every parent, who is concerned that their own flesh and blood do not go astray, and every teacher and caller to that which is good, must realise that the wealth of a nation is not stored away in the depths of the earth, nor is it merely spread out on the surface. The wealth of a nation is more than what many people imagine it to be. The real wealth of a nation is the human being…with his faith, his honour, his ability, and his values…is the greatest wealth that a nation has, and the youth are the most important component of this human wealth.
Thus if we would like to aspire for a bright future for our nation, then we should first know, what is the situation of the youth of our nation? What are the youth occupied with? What are they concerned with? What are their ideals? What are their goals in life? What are they doing? What do they think about? What do they dream of? What do they talk about in their gathering and conversations?

In a press release on 1st July, the Party expressed its deep concern about the current crisis facing the nation. It noted the sad fact that the people who voted for a change have despaired now. The hopes about a better future in terms of good governance, law and order and better standards of living have failed to materialize. The press release expressed concern about the non cooperative and obstructive attitude taken by the opposition controlled parliament. The Party called on all those concerned of the three powers – the government, the judiciary and the parliament – to be more sensible and be loyal to the national interests rather than their narrow and vested interests.
